SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where does Fresh Glow Ship?
Currently, we only ship within Canada but since we love to share our amazing products around the work, we're working on international shipping as well.
All packages are sent through Canada Post with the following information:
Flat rate $5.00 CAD shipping with tracking & free shipping on orders over $25.00 CAD
Delivery time: typically 3 - 7 business days
Orders are processed typically within 1-2 business days. Please allow more time during peak holiday seasons as order volumes tend to be larger during this time. Once your order has been processed you will receive a unique tracking number via the email you used to place your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that get lost and arrive damaged once they have been shipped with a tracking number.
Fresh Glow cannot be held liable for any errors in the following:
- mailing to incomplete or incorrect addresses;
- return to sender;
- undeliverable addresses
Due to the nature of mailing items, we cannot be held liable for any delays due to weather, postal service delays, carrier mishandling of packages and address errors. All customers are required to correctly enter their shipping and billing address information to avoid any processing delays. Please allow at least 4 business days after placing your order to receive your unique tracking number via email.
We do not ship during the following holidays:
New Years - January 1st
Family Day (Canada)
Canada Day - July 1st
Christmas Day - December 25th
Your satisfaction is important to us and if you feel that the items you have received are not up to that standard we will gladly accept returns. Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from freshglow.ca. (We do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners or Amazon. For these items, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy).
- Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number, shipping, and billing address information. We will then provide further instructions on returning packages for a refund. Once you have mailed your package back to us, allow for up to 15 business days to receive a refund.
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
- All sale items are non-refundable and final.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We will email you a return slip to attach to the package.
- Ship the item back to Fresh Glow in its original packaging, with receipt.
If your package has been damaged during the shipping process we will gladly replace it for the same item you ordered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, shipping, and billing address information.
