We offer to ship within only Canadian at this time.
Orders will be processed within two (2-4) business days of being received. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
If for some reason you are needing to return your items purchased from Fresh Glow
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
• Item was purchased directly from freshglow.ca. (We do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners or Amazon. For these items, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
• Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
• All refunds are credited against the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
• All sale items are non-refundable and final.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Email us with your order number and reason for return.
• We will email you a return slip to attach to the package.
• Ship the item back to Fresh Glow in its original packaging, with receipt.
How long does it typically take to process my order?
Fresh Glow appreciates your business and it is our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your Canada Post tracking number. You are then able to go to the carrier's website to track your order. A tracking number and updates will also be sent to you via email.
