WATER MAKES YOUR SKIN GLOW!

It is the essential beauty product.  Water helps us Glow from the inside – out!

How does water help with our Outer-GLOW?

I am sure you have all heard that it is important to drink tons of water every day for your health.  But did you know it is also good for your skin and hair?  About two-thirds of our body weight is water and the body's cells and organs need it to function properly. Literally, from your insides to your face & body, water is necessary for your health.

The BENEFITS of drinking water:

Makes skin look youthful:

Drinking lots of water helps to keep your skin cleansed and fills the cells with water. This makes the cells firm & plump giving you that youthful glow by reducing wrinkles and hydrating the skin.  Water makes your skin soft and supple - giving you a healthier glow!

Helps with acne and clears your skin

By drinking water, you flush out toxins.  This helps to rid the skin of dirt that can clog pores.  Acne flare-ups are a common concern for many people. Drinking enough water can help flush and wash away toxins and prevent flare-ups.  For an extra boost squeeze fresh lemon into a cup of hot water!

Makes hair shiny

Yes, drinking water can help bring shine to your hair!  Hair is no exception to the benefits of water. Drinking plenty of water can help to make your hair naturally soft and silky – even if you have frizzy hair like me!  You will see the difference.

Makes nails stronger

Sipping more water daily can help restore your brittle dry nails.  Nails that break and peel can be a sign of dehydration. Drinking more water promotes nail growth and prevents dry, flaky cuticles.

Freshens breath

Did you know that dehydration causes bad breath?  Drinking enough water throughout the day, every day can help eliminate the problem.

Metabolizes your nutrients

If you don't drink enough water, your body can't utilize the nutrition from your food or supplements properly.  Most vitamins need water to dissolve (are water-soluble) and your body may not be able to metabolize the nutrients fully if it doesn't have enough water to do so.

Keeps you Regular!

Without enough water, you will suffer from constipation. Adding lots of water to your diet will certainly help.  We need the hydration to keep things moving!

Are you drinking enough water?  Experts recommend approximately 6 - 8 glasses of water per day.  This is a guideline as all bodies are different. Drink up and see and feel the results!
